Calm Glow - Privacy Policy

The short version: Calm Glow has no accounts and never asks for your name or email. Your progress and the photos you take in the game stay on your phone. This version of the game shows no ads and sells nothing. It uses Google Firebase to count how the game is played and to report crashes, and Google Play's in-app review card. Those Google services receive the device information described below.

1. What stays on your phone

Your game progress (coins, finished clients, salon level, daily reward, settings) is saved in a file inside the app's private storage. The "photos" you take at the end of a makeover are screenshots of the game and are saved in the app's private storage for the in-game album. None of this is uploaded to Aarvion. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

2. Accounts

There are no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for personal details.

3. Advertising and purchases

This version of Calm Glow contains no ads and no in-app purchases. If a later version adds ads or purchases, this page will be updated first, and where the law requires it the game will ask for your consent before any ad loads.

4. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

Firebase Analytics records how the game is played: for example which client was started or finished, how long a step took and which shade was picked. Firebase Crashlytics sends a report if the game crashes, with the device model, Android version and the technical details of the crash. Firebase Remote Config lets us adjust game settings without an update. These services use an app-instance ID, and may use your device's Android advertising ID, where your phone allows it, for analytics only; they do not use it to show you ads. They do not receive your name or email. Data is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy terms.

5. Reviews

After some clients the game may show Google Play's in-app review card. Google decides whether it appears; any rating you give goes to Google Play under your Google account.

7. Permissions

The game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, photos library or precise location.

8. Children

Calm Glow is made for teens and adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the game and want data deleted, contact us below.

9. Keeping and deleting data

Aarvion does not store personal data from the game on its own servers. Firebase Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted; crash reports for 90 days. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your app instance, email us with the approximate date you played; uninstalling the game also stops all collection.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email us with any request.

11. Security

Data sent by the game to Google services travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how the game handles data, we will update this page and its effective date.
