What's being built right now.

A vault that hides a specific person's photos, contacts, calls and messages behind a PIN. Point it at a face and it finds every photo of that person in your gallery, on the device, with no cloud scanning.

• On-device face recognition — a TensorFlow Lite model scans the gallery locally, resumable across app kills, with nothing uploaded.
• Disguise modes — the app can present itself as a calculator, notes app, reminders list or sketch pad, each with its own way to unlock the real vault.
• Encrypted cloud backup — incremental, deduplicated backup to your own Google Drive app folder, encrypted with a key derived from your PIN before it ever leaves the phone.
• Status: feature-complete and building clean; final work is a storage-permission refactor to meet Play policy, dark mode, and store assets.

A full ride-hailing system, not a single app: a rider app, a captain (driver) app, a PHP API and a web admin panel, sharing one backend.

• Live trip tracking, fare and coupon engine, rentals and outstation trips, in-trip chat, refer-and-earn, and a driver revenue tier system.
• An admin panel for dispatch, drivers, pricing and campaigns.
• Realtime layer being migrated to Firebase Realtime Database with custom-token authentication; push notifications over FCM.
• Status: both apps and the admin panel are deployed and running; work in progress is the realtime migration and Play Store release preparation.

The people filling in SSC and IBPS forms are not all reading English. Hindi first, then regional languages, across both the app interface and the Play Store listing — plus in-app review prompts so the rating reflects the number of people actually helped.

Expanding beyond tool pages into genuinely useful written guides — what size a passport photo actually needs to be, why a form rejects your upload, how to hit an exact file size — and adding tool pages for the formats people keep asking for.

In-house pipelines that generate marketing video and store assets end to end — script to scenes to rendered vertical video, programmatic app-store screenshots, and launch videos rendered from code rather than edited by hand. Built for our own launches first.
