Privacy Policy
Effective 3 October 2026. This policy covers every Aarvion app on Google Play and every Aarvion website.
The short version: Aarvion does not sell or share your personal data. Your photos, signatures and documents are processed on your own device. They are sent to us only if you choose to turn on “Help improve Photo Resizer” (section 3.4) — it is off unless you allow it, and you can turn it off at any time. We do not operate accounts.
1. Who we are
Aarvion is an independent software studio based in India, publishing on Google Play under the developer name Aarvion. For any privacy question, contact extremetech24@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the limited processing described below.
2. What this policy applies to

3. Data our apps handle
3.1 Your photos, signatures and documents
When you select a photo, capture a document or export a PDF, all reading, cropping, compression, filtering and encoding happens locally on your device using your device's own processor. The resulting files are written to your device storage or to the location you choose. These files are not transmitted to Aarvion unless you have turned on the optional “Help improve Photo Resizer” setting described in section 3.4.
3.2 On-device machine learning
Features such as page-edge detection, face detection, background removal and text recognition run models locally on your device. Some of these models are provided by Google Play Services and may be downloaded to your device the first time a feature is used. The images they analyse are not sent off the device by us.
3.3 Accounts
Our apps do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any government identifier.
3.4 Optional: “Help improve Photo Resizer”
Photo Resizer & Signature 20KB asks once, after your first resize, whether you want to help improve the app. Nothing is shared unless you tap “Allow”. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Help improve Photo Resizer; turning it off stops all further sharing immediately, including anything still waiting to be sent.
- What is shared: each photo, signature or document image you resize with the app (the image you picked and the resized result), plus the preset name, app version, Android version and device model. Documents can contain personal details such as ID numbers. Images from the multi-page document scanner are not included.
- What is removed first: the image is re-encoded on your device before sending, which removes location (GPS) and all other hidden photo metadata. No name, account, advertising ID or IP address is stored with it.
- Why: only to test and improve the app's image processing (for example sharper signatures and more accurate cropping), including training our own image-processing models.
- How: sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Aarvion's own server, stored outside any public website, and accessible only to Aarvion. Never sold, and never shared with third parties.
- How long: each image is deleted automatically 30 days after it is received. The programme ends on 31 December 2026; after that the app stops asking and sends nothing.
- Unreliable connections: sending happens in the background, only when you are online, and is abandoned after a few failed attempts. It never delays or blocks your resize.
3.5 Permissions we request, and why

Permissions are requested at the moment a feature needs them, not when the app starts, and declining one only disables that feature.
4. Third-party services
Our apps include services operated by Google and Microsoft. These services process data under their own privacy policies.

Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.
5. Data our websites handle
- Image tools: on resizemate.com, images are processed inside your browser using the Canvas API. There is no upload endpoint — your files are never sent to our server.
- Server and CDN logs: our hosting provider and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) record standard request logs, including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. These are retained only for as long as those providers' standard retention allows.
- Cookies: aarvion.co.in sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our sites may store a preference such as your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage; that never leaves your browser.
- Advertising on websites: where a site displays ads, the ad provider may set cookies or identifiers under its own policy. Any such site will say so on the page.
6. Children
Our apps and sites are general-audience utilities and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention and deletion
Images shared through “Help improve Photo Resizer” are deleted automatically 30 days after we receive them; we keep no other personal data. Uninstalling the app removes its local files, including any presets, cached scans and preferences stored on your device — except for files you deliberately exported to your gallery or Downloads folder, which remain yours. If you believe we hold data about you and want it removed, email extremetech24@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. See our support page for the request process.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Images shared through “Help improve Photo Resizer” are stored without your name or any account, so we usually cannot find a specific person's images; they are deleted within 30 days regardless, and turning the setting off stops all further sharing. You are entitled to ask, and we will answer.
9. Security
Our sites are served over HTTPS. Data that stays on your device is protected by your device's own security. In apps that offer encrypted cloud backup, the encryption key is derived from your PIN on your device before anything is uploaded, and the backup goes to your own cloud storage account — not to ours.
10. International transfers
Images shared through “Help improve Photo Resizer” are stored on our hosting provider's servers. The third-party services listed in section 4 are operated by Google and may process data on servers outside your country under their own terms.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting an app will also be noted in that app's Play Store release notes.
