Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Aarvion is an independent software studio operated by Mohd Hasan in India, publishing on Google Play under the developer name Aarvion. For any privacy question, contact extremetech24@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the limited processing described below.

2. What this policy applies to

• Our Android applications published under the Aarvion developer account on Google Play, including Photo Resizer & Signature 20KB (com.photoresizer.reduceinkb.examform).
• Our websites: aarvion.co.in, resizemate.com and hidemybf.com.

3. Data our apps handle

3.1 Your photos, signatures and documents

When you select a photo, capture a document or export a PDF, all reading, cropping, compression, filtering and encoding happens locally on your device using your device's own processor. The resulting files are written to your device storage or to the location you choose. These files are never transmitted to Aarvion, and Aarvion has no server that receives them.

3.2 On-device machine learning

Features such as page-edge detection, face detection, background removal and text recognition run models locally on your device. Some of these models are provided by Google Play Services and may be downloaded to your device the first time a feature is used. The images they analyse are not sent off the device by us.

3.3 Accounts

Our apps do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any government identifier.

3.4 Permissions we request, and why

Internet and network state	To download updated form-size presets and to serve ads.
Notifications	To show progress while a long scan or export runs in the background.

Permissions are requested at the moment a feature needs them, not when the app starts, and declining one only disables that feature.

4. Third-party services

Our apps include services operated by Google. These services may collect data independently of us, under Google's own privacy policy, and we do not receive your personal data from them.

Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.

5. Data our websites handle

• Image tools: on resizemate.com, images are processed inside your browser using the Canvas API. There is no upload endpoint — your files are never sent to our server.
• Server and CDN logs: our hosting provider and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) record standard request logs, including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. These are retained only for as long as those providers' standard retention allows.
• Cookies: aarvion.co.in sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our sites may store a preference such as your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage; that never leaves your browser.
• Advertising on websites: where a site displays ads, the ad provider may set cookies or identifiers under its own policy. Any such site will say so on the page.

6. Children

Our apps and sites are general-audience utilities and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because we do not collect your personal data, we hold nothing to retain or delete. Uninstalling the app removes its local files, including any presets, cached scans and preferences stored on your device — except for files you deliberately exported to your gallery or Downloads folder, which remain yours. If you believe we hold data about you and want it removed, email extremetech24@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. See our support page for the request process.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Since we hold no personal data about you, most of these requests will be answered with confirmation of exactly that — but you are entitled to ask, and we will answer.

9. Security

Our sites are served over HTTPS. Data that stays on your device is protected by your device's own security. In apps that offer encrypted cloud backup, the encryption key is derived from your PIN on your device before anything is uploaded, and the backup goes to your own cloud storage account — not to ours.

10. International transfers

We do not transfer personal data internationally, because we do not collect it. The third-party services listed in section 4 are operated by Google and may process data on servers outside your country under their own terms.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting an app will also be noted in that app's Play Store release notes.
